About the Coach

Rohan Shelar is a passionate and dedicated cricket professional with strong competitive experience and a modern coaching approach. With a background in professional cricket training and match exposure at higher competitive levels, he brings practical game awareness and technical expertise to every session.

He has been part of advanced U-19 camps and competitive structures, giving him a clear understanding of the standards required to perform at district and state levels. Rohan has played district matches, competed in C Division cricket, and has a strong club foundation with over 18 years of cricket experience starting from his childhood days playing in Dadar-based clubs. He has also represented SIES College in university tournaments and is a former player associated with Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA).

His coaching philosophy focuses on technical perfection, fitness development, mental strength, and match temperament. Along with skill training, he emphasizes strength & conditioning, injury prevention, and performance-based preparation, ensuring players are physically fit and mentally prepared for competitive cricket.

Rohan Shelar is known for giving personal attention to every player, identifying individual strengths, correcting technical gaps, and building confidence both on and off the field.
